W-What's happening, 'chelle?! It's supposed to be getting hot, not colder! I-I S-SCARED!! *BWAAHHH!!!*

(AP) A recent world-wide dip into inexplicable frigid temperatures has sent Global Warming believers into bawling tizzies nationwide. A recent Rassmussen poll indicated that a full 92 percent of registered liberals believe that the current arctic conditions are "merely a pesky, insignificant interlude to the real threat of Global Warming" which they believe will continue unabated.

"W-What the hell is going on here?!" sobbed liberal activist Melissa Mann "Why are they doing this to us? I-It's supposed to be getting hotter, not colder! Who's behind this bullshit, the BushCo devils again?! *SOB*!"

U.S. Meteorologist Max Gilligan observed that scientists worldwide who are not influenced by Global Warming theory have brushed off the cold snap as a natural cyclical variation in global temperatures, just as the recent warming in former years was as well, but slyly added "Hot and cold are relative terms. What's piping hot to a liberal is very often quite cool to a conservative, at least nowadays."n.

An Audit was preformed at the National Ice Core Laboratory at the University of Colorado in Boulder. It came to light one of the facilities refrigerated store room had failed back in 1998 and a lot of ice cores are miss placed or missing. It was not uncommon for the repository to received damaged or mis-labeled cores from Greenland and Antarctica the cores get some hard knocks and break occasionally and you will get an orphan core. Well back in 1998 Mark Twickler took a 20 pound cooler to the boosters meet and greet so everyone could have 4 to 10 thousand year old ice in their drinks.The ice is extermly hard and clear like clear glass reflecting blue light. The ice has had all the air squeezed out so it is denser and takes forever to melt and cracks with a wonderful - POP. We are pretty sure we consumed the 2 tons missing ice in drinks over the last twelve years - good thing about failures in 1998 -the auditors think that is where the ice went. Well, over 12 years we drank a pretty big chunk of the cores from one single place (Simple Dome?) in Antarctica - they had the best color. No one ever comes back o look the cores - the professors write their papers and move on to something else with a bigger grant.uil

I could be paddling a rowboat down Market Street in San Francisco after the poles have melted, and there will still be conservative fanatics who deny that humans are responsible for Global Warming or that it is even real. Global warming is not a conservative nor a liberal matter its is apolitical

That established, it is theory, not fact, and should not be treated as fact for political ends. As of 2010, global warming is merely one of many theories, but is not yet validated.
