The New Road Warriors

 | Coming soon, to a highway near you! | | LITTLE ROCK, AR - Armed with 286 horsepower and 268.4 cubic inches of German engineering, BMW owner Max "Mad Max" Hoover takes to the road.
Hoover gunned the Z9's longitudinally mounted, naturally aspirated fuel injection 4.398 liter engine like a battle-ready Abrams tank on steroids
Hoover is one of a growing number of Americans obsessed with power. Not political or financial power, but horse power.
Hoover pulled dangerously close behind a Chevy Cavalier, flashed his brights, and gunned the engine of his Z9 to a ear splitting, decible shattering roar
"Get that piece of shit outta my way, you fucking loser, or I'm gonna run this rod right up your goofy ass!!"
Indeed, such a scene has become all too common across America: High-powered, finely engineered vehicles being used as weapons of intimidation -sometimes to the point of vehicular assault- rather than just as an icon of prestige or mode of transportation. Up-engined cars and trucks are hitting the pavement all across the land, sometimes the drivers using judicious restraint in husbanding the enormous power of their metallic steeds...but sometimes not...
The result has been a divisive one, the road raging warriors against the vehicular meek. The day may come when the KIA's, low end Chevy's and Hyundai's organize and launch a co-ordinated counter offensive against the growing fleet of Thunderdome Juggernauts, but until then, Max Hoover would Seize the Day
Surging past the hapless Cavalier with the flip of a finger and a thunderous roar of RPM's, Hoover waxed insolent
"Get a life, asshole! Get a real car! And I'll bet you'll never let me get behind you in the slow lane again!""0" styl0" style
