 | "Hi, my name is Jim, and I'm a wussy." | | A sixth-grade student is facing serious ridicule from friends and family alike after being shot by a small plastic BB at school and breaking down in tears Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred at Howie Mandel Middle School in Tubesock, Georgia. The victim received a small welt but still cried for nearly an hour, causing his classmates to deem him a "wussy" and his parents to place him up for adoption. His younger sister has now been promoted to family favorite and will gladly take the extra Christmas presents that come with such a rank increase. "We had a sixth-grade student who brought fake gun, sometimes referred to as 'not real', and discharged, or 'fired', the firearm," said Dirk Hammel, spokesman for the Howie Mandel School District. "A small pellet, barely larger than a tiny pellet, was discharged and hit the boy. The nameless student, or Jim, proceed to cry for the better part of an hour despite the fact the injury was very minor." "I've never seen someone just break down like that," said teacher Sherry Miller. "If I didn't know any better, I would have sworn Jim had just found both his parents brutally murdered and his Playstation stolen." "You can't make this sort of stuff up," said school bully Billy Childress. "Saying someone's sister smells or mom can't cook is minor in comparison to reminding a kid of the day he was publicly humiliated during Geography." "I have no son," Jim's father told us, tears streaming down his cheeks. The boy who took the gun to school is not being charged. "It was a little plastic pellet," said police officer Norman Gerald. "The only thing he could realistically expect to hurt with that is small animals like squirrels, rabbits, rats, cats, tigers, rhinos, elephants, or dinosaurs. There is no way he could have anticipated that this kid was such a pansy." "My partner has no concept of large or small," added officer Ted Dasher. Friends of Jim the Wussy were quick to point out that they were not in fact Jim's friends but rather were only hanging out with him because his family had a pool.ispl0" style="display:no
