While I question their accuracy (our most popular age group is 50+), it's still fun to take a look:

Well, that was a bit depressing. Old guys with no kids, no money and no education seem to like us.
Hmmm...
All of my anti-liberal rants are certain to be part of that problem, but what can I do? I don't like liberalism or Obama, and you can't get young visitors without them.
I think I need to avoid politics and go after the funny stuff again. Of course, I'm assuming that the demographics are accurate. How do they collect them?ispl

I'm guessing (and just guessing) that the reason for the older demographic is because that the Internet for many younger people still living with their parents is in their parents names and thus the older age.
Or it's just flat out wrong. No way I believe our audience is that old.
Traffic here is up in recent months though it's still down a lot from the peak days in 2005/2006. Regardless of topic, I think consistant, quality updates is the most important. I think we lost the most readers when we had periods of a week or two or three without updates.

Those demographics are bogus. I tested some major on line retailers and they came back same way, older, no college, no money, etc. I'm not sure where they're getting this 'information', but it's folsom and innacurrateone"></
